Carrara Honed Marble is a timeless natural stone renowned for its soft white to light grey background and delicate grey veining. Originating from the Carrara region of Italy, this elegant marble features subtle variations in colour and pattern that give each slab and tile its own unique character. Its honed finish provides a smooth, matte surface with a refined, understated appeal, making it an ideal choice for contemporary and classic interiors alike.
Suitable for flooring, bathroom walls, kitchen splashbacks and other interior applications, Carrara Honed brings a sense of sophistication and natural beauty to any space. Its soft neutral palette pairs effortlessly with a variety of materials and finishes, creating an elegant and harmonious aesthetic that remains timeless.
Carrara Honed and Nero Marquina are often paired together as they create a striking contrast between timeless elegance and bold sophistication, bringing enduring beauty and distinctive style to any space.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: SEALING & CLEANING
Like most natural marbles, Carrara is porous and can absorb water and other liquids if spills are left unattended. To help protect the stone, it is recommended to apply two thin coats of a suitable penetrating sealer, such as Sealers Choice Gold, following the manufacturer's instructions. Any spills should be wiped up promptly to minimise the risk of staining and absorption. When properly sealed and maintained, Carrara marble offers improved resistance to everyday spills; however, sealing does not make the stone completely stain-proof. Its light colour and natural composition mean that scuff marks, stains and surface etching may be more noticeable, so regular care and maintenance are recommended to preserve its elegant appearance.

Natural variations in colour, pattern and veining are characteristic of this stone, meaning each tile is unique.
