CARE INSTRUCTIONS: SEALING & CLEANING

Like most natural limestones, Ivory Ridge is porous and may absorb water and other liquids if spills are left unattended. To help protect the surface, it is recommended to apply two thin coats of a suitable penetrating sealer, such as Sealers Choice Gold, following the manufacturer's instructions. Any spills should be wiped up as soon as possible to minimise the risk of staining and absorption. When properly sealed and maintained, Ivory Ridge offers improved resistance to everyday spills, although sealing does not make the stone completely stain-proof. Its light ivory colour may make stains and scuff marks more noticeable, so gentle use and regular care are recommended to preserve its natural beauty and elegant appearance.
